With reference to my telegram dated 2nd
September, 1926, concerning a seizure of heroin hydrochloride on the S.S. Angers, I have the honour to
forward for your information copies of a minute by the
Superintendent of Imposts and Exports thereon together
with two photographs found on the person of the
Japanese arrested, the first of which depicts him
standing by the statue of Alfred Escher.
A further report will be furnished should
any additional information be obtained which might be
of value in tracing the origin of the drug and the
channels by which its export has been arranged.
